Mrs. Coco or anyone. Am I allowed to use as my book source a data base that has the book I need on it it has been cited already too. Because when I went around town to the library and other locations the book was either not returned or it was checked out so I'm in a rather unlucky predicament. So the librarian directed me to it saying it was relatively the same thing. So I'm not sure if to use it or not. If anyone could respond I would really appreciate it it. Thanks.
